Simple Process. Seamless Experience. Here's exactly how this works.

This is where we get clear on what you want. We'll talk through your travel dates, destination ideas, your style, budget parameters, and what you're hoping this trip feels like. If you're traveling as a couple, you're both welcome to join. The call typically lasts 30-45 minutes and you don't need to prep anything - just show up ready to talk about your trip. By the end, you'll know exactly what happens next and whether we're the right fit.

Step 1:
The Consultation

Book a Consultation

Once we decide to move forward, you'll pay the Concierge Care Retainer to reserve my time and expertise. This covers everything from research and proposal design to booking coordination, pre-trip planning, and full support through your return home. The retainer is separate from your trip cost and is based on the scope and complexity of what you're planning. Once it's paid, you're officially a client and I start designing your proposal.

Step 2:
Secure Your Spot

Within 3-5 business days for most Caribbean destinations (or 5-7 business days for other destinations and complex trips), I'll send you a custom proposal. This isn't a list of resort options - it's a curated plan built specifically around what you told me matters. You'll see property recommendations, itinerary suggestions, and clear guidance on why each option works for you. We can refine as needed until it feels exactly right, then you approve and we move forward.

Step 3:
Your Custom Proposal

Once you approve your proposal, I handle all the bookings and logistics. You'll receive payment schedules through the Tern app, access your full itinerary, and get reminders and updates as your trip approaches. I'll prepare the property for your arrival, confirm special requests, and make sure you have everything you need before you leave. During your trip, I'm available if anything comes up. After you return, I'll follow up to make sure everything went as planned.

Step 4:
Travel With Confidence

Destination and property research tailored to your preferences. Custom itinerary design with thoughtful pacing and curated experiences. Coordination with hotels, resorts, and on-the-ground partners to secure reservations, upgrades, and VIP treatment where available.

Pre-trip preparation including travel insurance quotes, dining and spa reservations, activity bookings, and special occasion coordination. Full itinerary delivery through the Tern app with confirmations, contacts, and day-by-day plans.

Communication with properties before your arrival to confirm preferences and special requests. Real-time support during your trip if anything needs to be handled. Post-trip follow-up to ensure everything went as planned.

This is concierge-level planning. You're not just getting bookings - you're getting expertise, access, and someone who stays in it with you the entire way.

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING

What Full-Service Actually Means

Most trips I plan reflect boutique accommodations, elevated service, and personalized support throughout the entire experience. Trip costs vary based on destination, property selection, length of stay, and travel dates - but you can expect a level of planning and experience that goes beyond what a free booking service provides.

The Concierge Care Retainer is separate from your trip cost and is based on the scope and complexity of your itinerary. This investment secures my time, expertise, and full support from consultation through your return home. It's non-refundable and covers everything from research and proposal design to booking coordination and in-destination support.

Once you book a consultation, I'll walk you through what the investment typically looks like for your specific trip and help you decide whether we're the right fit.

what to expect

Pricing & Investment

I specialize in Mexico, the Caribbean (including Bermuda and Puerto Rico), Central America, Greece, the Amalfi Coast, the Maldives, and French Polynesia. These are destinations I know well, have strong supplier relationships in, and can plan with confidence.

8. What destinations do you specialize in?

I work primarily with adults and couples - honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone trips, solo travel, friends getaways, and group celebrations. I do plan family trips, but it's not my main focus. If you're planning a family vacation and want to work together, reach out and we can talk through whether I'm the right fit for what you're looking for.

7. Do you plan trips for families?

You'll have my direct contact information and I'll be available to help. Flight changes, property issues, last-minute requests, emergencies - I'll coordinate with suppliers and handle what needs to be handled so you're never navigating it alone.

6. What if something goes wrong during my trip?

Primarily by email, which keeps everything documented and clear. If something needs a quick conversation, we can hop on a call. During your trip, you'll have my direct contact info for anything that comes up in real time.

5. How do I communicate with you during the planning process?

The Concierge Care Retainer is non-refundable, but I'll work with you to reschedule or redesign your trip if your plans change. Supplier cancellation policies vary by property and booking type, so I'll walk you through what's flexible and what's not once we start making reservations.

4. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Absolutely. If something shifts - dates, budget, preferences - we can adjust. Some changes may require additional planning time or affect availability, but I'll work with you to make it happen. Supplier change fees may apply depending on what's already been booked.

3. Can I make changes after I approve my proposal?

Yes. I can handle flights, accommodations, transfers, and on-the-ground logistics. In some cases, I'll book your flights directly. In others, I'll guide you on timing and options so you can book them yourself and get the best rates or use points.

2. Do you book flights?

For honeymoons and milestone trips, I recommend reaching out at least 6 to 9 months in advance, especially for popular destinations or peak travel seasons. That said, if you're closer to your travel dates, it's always worth asking - I'll be honest about what's possible given the timeline.
