Every trip I plan is completely customized to you. I take care of destination and resort curation, itinerary design, transfers, dining and spa reservations, and in-destination support—so you can simply show up and enjoy.

What’s included in your concierge travel planning services?

Not at all. Some clients come to me with a specific destination in mind, while others just have a mood, or a few saved TikToks. That’s where my expertise comes in—I’ll help translate your vision into a curated list of destinations and resorts that fit you.

Do I need to know exactly where I want to go?

Ideally, 6–9 months ahead—especially for honeymoons, anniversaries, or peak-season travel. If you’re flexible, I can often make things happen on a shorter timeline too (it’s one of my favorite challenges).

How far in advance should I book?

My concierge retainer varies depending on the complexity and scope of your trip. During our consultation, we’ll talk through what’s included in my services, what the planning process looks like, and what to expect moving forward. This retainer allows me to dedicate the time, research, and care needed to design a trip that feels intentional and completely personalized to you. Once you’ve officially hired me, I’ll begin crafting your detailed proposal with curated options designed around your style and preferences.
